Online e-commerce Platform:

Our store is hosted on Shopify. This online e-commerce platform enables us to sell our products and services to our customers. Our customers data is stored through Shopify’s data storage and databases. Customers data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

In addition, in the case where potential customers submit their contact information to receive specific discounts, we may use Privy to capture such customer information. Such customer data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If a customer chooses a direct payment gateway to complete their purchase, then Quickpay stores the credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After that is complete, the purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.  For more insight, please read Quickpay’s Data Processing Agreement that can be downloaded here:  https://learn.quickpay.net/helpdesk/en/articles/data-processing-agreement/ and the Quickpay Privacy Policy can be viewed here: https://qpme.com/privacy-policy.php

Third-Party Providers:

Our third-party providers will only collect, use and disclose information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. Please note that third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for customers purchase-related transactions. Please read their privacy policies to better understand the way in which these providers handle personal information. Also please note

that certain providers may be located in or have facilities within a different jurisdiction than either the store or the customer. Therefore proceeding with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, could mean that customers information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. If the customer chooses to leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, they are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service. If the customer clicks on links on our store, they may be directed away from our site.
