Delivery & Returns
We will do our best to post orders received before 3 pm Monday to Friday and by 11 am Saturday on the same day.. First class signed for postage is included on all orders. On dispatch a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking code for your order, which can be used at http://track.royalmail.com. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.
Please ensure that address details are complete and correct. On receipt of a card to say that Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.
For shipping outside of the UK, the Buyer assumes the responsibility for paying any custom charges if applied.
For lost or undeliverable orders:
If an order is lost in the post we will send a replacement according to the chosen courier’s timescale for lost items. If an order is damaged in transit we will replace the damaged item immediately. If an order is returned to us because of insufficient or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, at our discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of delivery. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have 14 days from delivery to return the goods. The item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received in and in the original packaging.The buyer is liable for the cost of the return postage and proof of purchase must be returned with the product. On receipt of the product, in its approved state, a refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
